Product
From review to handover.
Keeptly is being developed for the people who prepare, review and execute an acquisition. The first release connects the work plan with the material and decisions behind it.
See what the review
still needs.
Financial, legal and commercial reviews progress at different speeds. A completed task should not hide an unanswered question or a missing document.
The planned workflow connects requests, document versions and assessments to the work plan. The team can distinguish material received from material reviewed — and a finding from a decision.
Keep the basis
for the decision.
A decision record needs more than a summary. It needs the relevant source versions, the assessment and the questions that remain open.
Keeptly’s planned reporting connects those references so the team can review the basis for a recommendation later. Human review and approval remain explicit steps.
03 / AFTER THE DECISION
The deal closes.
The work continues.
Operating teams need to know what was agreed, who takes responsibility and what remains outstanding. The planned handover carries that work forward with its source and context.
The approved position and the material behind it.
The source, responsible person and applicable dates.
Remaining tasks and a named receiving team.
The first release
Focused on the
acquisition team’s work.
The first Keeptly release is intended to complement existing ownership administration. It is not presented as a replacement for a cap table system.
Work plans and access controls have been implemented and tested in development. The complete document review, reporting and handover journeys are still being built. Customer access is not yet open.
